Processing time is usually 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–14 days, depending on your location, customs clearance, and local courier services.

After your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. For hygiene and quality reasons, worn, altered, customized, or damaged items may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will review your request and confirm whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is approved. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
